Detoxing and the Limbic System – Antibiotics and Cleansing 45

Realizing that my “burnout” was a real thing (see the first article from the last blog) and that I had already incorporated the 14 suggested items in the second article a few years ago to get through each day, made me adjust my perspective.

Apparently my every day is on the edge of burnout, so I need to return to doing what I was doing before. Resting every day and taking it easy. I can work a little if I find the right thing.

So, I’m in the third week of January and have mostly come out of the funk I spent December experiencing. Relief.

The understanding that what I've been doing for the last year is really all I can do, was shocking and depressing.

Here’s where I am -

1) Made a budget to live within my means. Cut, cut, cut.

2) Talked to my Mold Infection Specialist and she thinks that by the end of 2020 I will have enough cognition to return to work. Whew!

3) As before, I will not work more than part-time and never again at the expense of my health.

4) A friend of mine put it so succinctly – I spend each day trying to follow Higher Power’s breadcrumbs.

Limbic System Retraining or Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS)

This is the last time I will regularly talk about this healing as I'm in maintenance mode.

May I say that this is an amazing experience. I don’t have any more fibro or chronic fatigue. I only did the exercises for three months, and if I feel that heavy lethargy again, I will do the exercises immediately. That seems to fix the situation.

12th Update on the Wheldon Protocol

Doing fine.

After feeling sorry for myself last month I am feeling a lot better. I am now in acceptance of the situation. There is nothing I can do about the time it takes to get better, so I will make life as enjoyable as possible.

Each day I continue to rest or more likely, sleep for an hour.

Wednesday is my last day of driving four hours up and back in the same day for my doctor appointment (and going to court to pay for a moving violation…it’s been nearly two decades since I’ve had one). From now on I am looking forward to going up every three weeks and spending the night. Driving four hours round trip in the same day is difficult.

Since the hypnotist my sugar eating and cravings are much better. I have basically been abstinent since the end of December.

I walked once. I am most successful at stretching on my yoga mat and pretending my kitchen counter is a ballet bar.

Saturday, I went cosmic bowling with some friends and pulled my right shoulder a little. I was careful but that is how out of shape I am! My shoulder will be better in a couple of days - especially since my hand massager is perfect for this type of thing. I will keep working at getting stronger the best I can.

To good health.
