Reset Your Eating - Update on Step 2 Cleansing with Intranasal – 29


Many people I meet have issues with food - and particularly sugar - as do I.

This week I was talking with a friend who turned me on to Meg Orion, Health Coach (megorion.com) who among other things offers a free 5-day reset plan. My friend used it and said it really helps.

It's not just a "eat this and you'll feel better" plan, it includes self-care tips while going through the process. Super important in my opinion.
