More Success!! - Update on Cleansing - 16
Here's to getting ready to move on!
I see the Mold Specialist day after tomorrow and am really looking forward to that.
For a quick comparison, on the right a year ago with our grandsons and the left last month when I had photos taken.
I can see the difference - can you?
Recap:
1) First Step of Cleansing is to change eating, use charcoal to expel as much as possible and to drink gallons of water.
Check!
2) Next, take 3-4 sauna's per week and work out.
This is what I am concentrating on now. I am working out and taking a sauna twice a week. As I feel better I need to work out three days a week and add an extra sauna.
More on that next time!
While I work on this I will continue with my eating tools that are working like my reward calendar and Emotional Freedom Tapping.
3) After that, we go to nasal cleansing.
Whew! Number one was tough! I am looking forward to increasing number two as I already have part of that goal integrated into my calendar.
Change takes time, doesn't it, though?
